i'm totally obsessed with hime gyaru culture.. i know it has been around for a while already but i'm slow can or not~ watever.. i super love their eyes enlarging make up... anyway if u guyz dunno wat is hime gyaru.. it mean princess gal... which means gals dressing up like princesses.. pink, pearls,blings,flowers,ribbons,heels, stockings, bags, etc...

The retail industry in Singapore is one of the most important and vibrant sector. Although, the retail industry in Singapore has been around for many years, it has ended its first life cycle.

However with the continuous efforts of the Singapore government in promoting Singapore as a shopping paradise, organizing national events such as the Formula One Grand Prix and adding new attractions such as the Singapore flyer and the up and coming Integrated resorts to attract more tourist to consume in Singapore, not only that, the annual shopping event, The Grand Singapore Sales has also attracted many Singaporeans to consume in our various shopping venues. Therefore, the retail industry has now entered a new life cycle and it is currently in the growth stage. Although there is a negative growth in the Singapore GDP in 2008, statistics shows that the retail sector is still growing during difficult times.

Boss looks at results as they earn money with results

Clients looks at process and results as they pay money for it..

Employees looks at process becoz they go thru it....

BUT!!

if boss only look at results and not process.. cost will be high and alot of conflicts

if clients looks at both process and results.. they wan fast fast but results no good they scream.. too slow.. they scream so how???

if employees only look at process then they will feel that they are always working for nothing..no... sence of satisfaction.

so how?? wat do u think u should look at process or results??

Hey baby... i juz wanna tell u a few things that i feel i can't express thru the phone

i know u have been nice to mi for the past few monthz... after u came back...everything seemed to change alot... u have working very hard and i can see it.. u've changed alot as u r no longer the guy that thinks for urself.. u now see the bigger pic and this is really something that is gd.. i really appreciate that u have been giving ur best in the company...

But besides work..it's our relationship..i know i have been sturborn, demanding and alot of other things.. i know i'm not that person u want mi to be anymore.. i know i turn very demanding but tat's all becoz i wan to spend time *quality time* with u...

1)i know u r buzy but i dun expect u to bring mi to expensive places or even spend the whole day with mi.. all i wanted was like going swimming together.. cycling... juz like tat...i really hate it when i complain that u nv spend enough time with mi u will tell mi u see mi everyday at work wat... * i see alot of ppl at work u know..* if the time i spend with u is so meaningless than i'll rather spend one meaningful day with u then to spend 6 days of meaningless time together...

2)i dun need expensive gift or expersive surprise from u... all i really need is a surprise msg in fb or in my email stating that u miss mi and u love mi alot... i believe it wun coz u alot of time and effort...

3)i know i hurt u juz now by saying that i'll rather u dun say anything then to say things that u cannot do..i'm sorry.. but i juz wan u to know that i'm serious abt wat u tell mi and i always look forard to everything that u will be planning for... but all my waiting are juz waits that will nv really really happen..so to prevent myself from hoping too much and waiting too long i'll rather u nv spoke a word abt it....

4) i was angry with u this morning as i tot that u will back mi up when omeone was talking abt me but u juz kept quiet.. in fact i was really hurt.. i nv tot that this will happen.. i know that i dun have to bother abt some words but i dun really care but the words they say.... i juz wanted u to stand by mi....not juz keep quiet... coz if u are in my position and i'm in urs i'll stand by u to defend u...

5) i know that u may feel i have been complaining all and not appreciating wat u do for mi... but no... i see everythinga nd feel everything that u have done for mi... i really appreciate that my hair is really nice and i really really like it alot and i dun care wat ppl are going to tell mi..i'm proud of my blonde and i proudly tell everyone that it's done by my bf...

i appreciate that u make the effect to talk overthe phone with mi no matter how tired u are coz u know that i would wan to talk to u...

i appreciate that u have been spending alot of time at work and has little time with family as u wan to do ur best in helping my parents..in earning more money.. in doing the best for the company...

i appreciate that u try to try ur temper whenever i starts to scream at u and being unreasonable...

Value, the creater of L4D has announced today that they will be releasing L4D2 this nov 17.. and they are prepared to set a new benchmark in co-operative action games with L4D2.. Player can of coz expect new boss zombie, new characters, new set and new weapons like baseball bat??, frying pan?? and chainsaw??? * i dunno maybe they are trying to make the game more realiztic*

anyway.. the company will launch this game with a worldwide, multi million dollar marketing compaign so i dun think anyone will miss out on it..

ok enough of words lets look at the sneak peek to the up and coming L4D2...

o~ i'm so excited and irritated.. coz i have new game to play but dear will spend less time with mi..=/

In one night.. i went from this.....

to....this...and i LOVE IT... i still have some brown around coz i dun wanna scare my mum and my daughter with all blonde.. coz my daughter can't reco. mi this morning or maybe she is juz wondering why my hair became this color..lol... well i'll have to bleach it again to get lady gaga's hair.. excuse the make up in my blonde pic * i dunno wat happen with my hands today* sorry suresh u still need to wait for one or two more weeks...haha
