Day 5 of the challenge only 9 more days to go... Will i fail the challenge of losing 1 inch in 14 days??

at the rate i'm eating.. i.... dunno...

BUT this morning when i woke up..

Juz about 16 hrs after i posted my Day 4 measurements....

My Waist is 69.2 cm which means i lose 1.9 cm from Day 4 and 2.4 cm from Day 1 and i'm 0.1 cm away from my 1 inch aim!!!

% loss from Waist is 3.35%

My Arm is now 22.5 cm which means i've lose 0.4 cm from Day 4 and o.5 cm from Day 1 and i STILL have 2 cm away from 1 inch =(

% loss from Arm is 2.17%

My Thigh is now 46.8 cm which mean i've lose 2.7 cm from Day 4 and 3.8 cm from Day 1 AND I've lost 1 inch ALREADY!!!!! YAY!!!! my thigh have always been a problem!! i seriously think they look like stuffed turkeys but now YAY!!! they are stuffed turkeys no more!!!

Bio-essence: The Celebrity Blogger's Choice Challenge. Day 4

4 Day into the challenge and the daily routine of apply the Inchloss series and i seriously wonder if it works for mi...

But before i start to measuring myself, let me do a little review on the FIRST product of the Celebrity InchLoss series.

THE Shower Scrub!!!

The Celebrity InchLoss Series Shower Scrub which comes in a pinkish purple or purplish pink package is a rub on formula before entering the shower.

The formula contains the following:

Bio Mineral Essence which provides effective nourishment to sin cells & to promote the firming process.
Capsicum, Ginger, Ginseng to stimulate, firm, revitalize and refine body contours and skin.

Pineapple Essence to promote elasticity and moisturize skin.

Caffeine to speed up the process in achieving smooth and slender body.

After using the shower scrub, my skin felt smooth and skin as there are particles in the formula that helps exfoliate my skin. The heat sensation from the shower scrub isn't as intensive. however, it is advisable to wipe off excess formula from the body before entering the shower to prevent contact with sensitive area.

Application of the shower scrub should be done daily, once in the morning and once in the evening on target areas such at the thighs, tummy and arms in a circular movement.

For Arms: Apply in circular movement moving towards the shoulders

For tummy: Apply product on both hands and massage in circular movements on tummy

For thighs: Massage product on thigh in a upward circular movement.

% loss:0.43%

The Celebrity Choice InchLoss series promises 1/2 inch loss in 7 days which mean in 14 days 1 inch!!! and 1 inch is about 2.5 cm

Therefore i have....

Thigh: 1.4 cm to go

Waist: 2 cm to go

Arm:2.4cm to go

I have got an announcement to make!!!

I am participating in the Bio-essence Celebrity Blogger's Choice Challenge. In this challenge, i'm given the Bio-essence Celebrity's choice InchLoss Series *from it's name, u knw it's for body slimming* to use for a period for 14 days. And, i'll be sharing my secret method to slimming and maintaining a slim slender body. *ok later i'm not very thin but as a ultra lazy and dun like to move person my body is still acceptable lor*

Short getaway to Batam: The Resort!!!

Like all working ppl, i dun have long school holidays!! all we have is dateline dateline and more datelines!!! So i've decided to runaway from all the buzzing but it was a rather last min and i didn't wan to go anywhere too far, i've decided to check batam out.

Batam had always been in the impression of a sleazy place for dirty old man after they collected their CPF!!!

But apart from the "dirty" impression, Batam is a island juz like Bintan. They have nice resorts, spas, beautiful beaches/ sea view, good food and nice people.

And in this post i'll do a review of the resort that i stayed in.

KTM Resort!

KTM Resort is situated 5 mins away from the Sekupang Ferry Terminal but it is located in a rather remote area. The mini bus that picked us up from the ferry terminal had to drive through a long and winding road before we reach the entrance of the Resort. Perhaps becoz of it's location, the resort is rather quiet, which is GOOD! *rmb i wanted to runaway from the buzz!*

Unlike modem resorts, KTM Resort took up the cottage style and bought their visitors closer to nature.

Family Villas for 4 or more

Apart from the nice, peaceful and quiet surroundings, the Resort staff would also very friendly. The front desk people were english spoken and very helpful!! * i seriously can be demanding at times when it comes to service from the staff at hotels and resorts* Basic toiletries were provided and there was hot water for shower but dun stay in the shower for too long coz ur partner may have to shower in cold water later.

Staff at the restaurant wasn't able to speak really good english *come on la how good is my english* BUT they were also very helpful, nice and they are super happy to service u!!! Breakfast was provided during the stay AND it was super!!!

I can't tell you how much effort they put in servicing us.. u have to experience it yourself!

I found out about the Resort from Spa Villa. Spa Villa is obviously a spa that is operating in KTM resort. Providing spa service with ocean view!!! Body scrub, aromatherapy massage, Bali massage and many more. We got an extra 30 min foot massage coz we extended our trip =D

Well, my experience with the resort and spa was a really pleasant one. I've read nasty reviews of the resort b4 i was there and AFTER i made payment BUT i nv regret staying with KTM resort. =)

oooo YES!! something that mi and mr bf keep grumbling about is this:

Stairs!!!! everytime i return/ leave the cottage!!!

But nvm lah since i'm there to relax!! i have all the time in the world to walk in a speed minus 100% in singapore. We'll definitely return to this resort for another short getaway =D

Review: Palmer's Bust Firming Massage cream

All woman are born with a special gift/ responsibility to the human race and that is the ability to produce more humans. BUT!! the fact that going through the process of pregnancy is NOT only physically tiring and mentally stressful!! it also changes EVERY PART OF THE BEAUTIFUL FEMININE BODY!!!

Stretch Marks and Saggy Skin formed due to the sudden expansion of the skin are some of the MAJOR problems. And as a young mother *25 is not exactly young but watever* i really hate to see a set of 38 years old look alike breast on mi! * not tat my boobs look like tat lah*

But seriously i was looking for a bust firming cream that is effective and by effective i mean apply on boobs and boobs look firmer NOT bigger!! and since Palmer's is well known for it's coco butter stretch mark and other bodycare products, i decided to try Palmer's Bust firming cream. It was on 20% discount at SGH so i bought it and did research AFTER i bought it * stupid mi*

The online reviews states that the Palmer's bust firming massage cream actually worked better on the face and neck area. Helping people with saggy facial skin effectively but the cream did not do it's magic on anyone's boobs.. weird.. i know but watever since i've bought it might as well try.


The smell of the firming cream isn't as present, i tot it smell like medicine but my mum and sis say it smelled like Milo =/ The cream is rather thick but it isn't oily. The texture of the cream felt like those water based cream but it's not watery. It is also easily adsorbed by my skin.


I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and i can see the difference. Apart from my bust area, i also apply the cream on my neck and tummy area and my method of applying the cream is to massage in a upward circular motion.


I would easily give this cream a 4.5/5 as it is effective, " light weight" and easily adsorbed by my skin. I would also recommend that girls start maintaining their body even b4 pregnancy as it were help to reduce the "drama-ness" of saggy skin and any other ugly marks.

A Beautiful Me workshop - Blogger's session

A joint workshop held but Panasonic, Majolica Majorca and Shiseido professional introduced Panasonic's hair styling gadgets, Majolica Majorca's chapter 26 and Shiseido professional's hair styling products.

Trainers from Shiseido professional and Majolica Majorca demonstrated and gave us some tips on how to achieve perfect look with their products.

It's Mother's day....

i knw i'm late but watever.. this is a after celebration post.

Mother's day celebration happened @ the Ju Shin Jung East Korean Charcoal BBQ. It's located at East Coast Park next to Waraku Japanese restaurant.

The FOOD!!!

Food was ok..... i mean wat do u need for nice BBQ food.. FRESH ingredients! of coz!! Preserved veg were as normal.. cold, sour, spicy like kimchi.. =(. Smoked fish and soup were good!! Herbal soup with rice stuffed Chicken and normal kimchi *AGAIN! * soup.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone whether or not u like korean food or preserved vegs. Coz it's really not very nice and the price is OMG!!!!! Our bill came up to a VERY FAT $400+++.
